Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Article Type

The manuscript is a summary of research results in the field of Social Welfare Science. The manuscript received is original (without plagiarism) and has never been published in other media.

Systematic

  1. Title should be short and clear, no more than 15 words, all capital letters, Times New Roman font size 14 pt bold, flat center
  2. Author's name written without academic degree, author's affiliation, institutional address, city, province, phone number and email address listed
  3. Abstracts must be written in Indonesian and English. Abstract contains a summary of the article that includes research objectives, methods, results and conclusions, (Maximum 250 words). The typeface used is Times New Roman, size 10 pt, single space.
  4. The abstract should consist of keywords that represent the important concepts in the article. Maximum 5 keywords.
  5. Article Structure:
  • INTRODUCTION – this section describes the background, formulation of the problem, research objectives, theories and hypotheses (if needed)
  • METHODS - This section contains a description of the research design, research subjects or objects, data collection techniques, and data analysis, which have been carried out by the researcher.
  • FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION – This section contains a description of the findings and discussions. The authors present the latest findings by comparing them with the results of pre-existing research.
  • CONCLUSION - The conclusion contains brief and clear information about the core of the research results and recommendations.
  • REFERENCES - Contains the latest references taken from scientific journals. Sort alphabetically, without sequence numbers, and not separated between book, online, and other sources. Authors are advised to use Mendeley, Endnote, and Zotero software in the preparation of references.

Article Format

  1. The article was written using A4 size paper with a space of 1.5 and a font size of 12, Times New Roman font, with an article length of 10-25 pages. All explanations in the article are written in essay form, so there is no numerical or alphabetical format to separate chapters/sections, or to mark new chapters/sections. For subheadings, they are not numbered and are bolded.
  2. The table is written in its entirety
  3. Tables and figures are given titles and numbers. The headings and numbers are located at the top of the table. The table is typed with a single space.
  4. The number and title of the image are below the image, followed by the source.
  5. The number of tables and figures is not more than 6
  6. Excerpts from the book are written in text with the format: (Author's last name, year: page) or (Author's last name, year) for the source of the book. While citations from online sources are written in the format: (Last name of the author/editor/institution, year of publication). Footnotes are only allowed for interviews.
  7. Unnumbered Sub Topics in the Initial Capital Letter of Each Word
  8. The bibliography is written using the APA citation system, Times New Roman font size 12, space 1
  9. Each article is submitted in the form of a soft copy.
